AboutUs-Introduction

Incorporated in 1992, One Marina Property Services has a long established record in managing a wide range of properties such as commercial offices, retail facilities, residential developments, educational institutions, industrial buildings, recreational resorts and high-security installations.

Previously known as SLF Management Services, our company has since rebranded as One Marina Property Services: a one-stop provider of integrated real estate services with focus areas in facilities management, design consultancy, project management and real estate solutions.

With effect from 30 July 2018, One Marina Property Services has become a fully owned subsidiary of ENGIE Services Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd.

Together with ENGIE Services Singapore's 1,250 employees, we are able to provide a wider, complete range of services to better serve the needs of our customers and especially in areas such as innovative solutions, Integrated Facility Management Services, Energy Efficiency, Design Consultancy & Project Management and Real Estate Services to serve our customers' business needs.
