National Design Centre(NDC)

National Design Centre (NDC) is Singapore’s one stop-hub for all things design where designers and businesses congregate to exchange ideas, conduct business, use its facilities and obtain assistance from the national agency for design, the DesignSingapore Council. The 2,920sqm site, formerly housed St. Anthony Convent and Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, consists of 3 pre-war Art Deco blocks and one post-war modern block, all of which are connected. It includes 214 square meter of retail space, a 122-seat auditorium, and 308 square meter of atrium space. Located along 111 Middle Road, in the Bras Basah-Bugis art, culture, learning and entertainment district, NDC is within walking distance of MRT Stations, shopping malls and hotels.

Serene Centre

Nestled along the junction of Bukit Timah Road & Farrer Road, Serene Centre is a 4 storey mixed development building with a gross floor area of over 33,ooo square feet. This development comprises of units that are meant for both residential & commercial usage. With Botanic Gardens MRT station just round the corner, the building has attracted tenants like McDonald’s, Straits Wine Company, and Island Creamery etc. to set up & operate their business.

Singapore Land Authority(SLA)

Last year One Marina was awarded a 3 year contract with the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) as its appointed managing agent for a portfolio of over 400 State Properties including the distinctive black & white colonial-styled houses located across the island (i.e. Adam Park, Kheam Hock, Leyden Hill, Ridley Park, Tanglin Road, Chatsworth Road and Medway Park). Under this contract, One Marina provides integrated property and facilities management solutions to ensure the general maintenance and upkeep of the iconic State Properties and its common areas. Such properties are mainly tenanted out for residential purposes while the remaining include for retail and commercial use.

Aranda Country Club is a proprietary club of the Pasir Ris resort Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Singapore Labour Foundation.
